Ngonidzashe is our managing partner with over 12 years of experience. Ngonidzashe specialises
in commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, mining law and environmental law.
Ngonidzashe has advised several Corporates and Commercial Entities, both in Zimbabwe and
cross-border. Ngonidzashe experience covers a broad range of areas, including advising
corporates on several acquisitions and corporate restructurings, structuring commercial
transactions and drafting contracts for several highly valued corporate clients, local authorities
and administrative bodies over the years.
Ngonidzashe has also been entrusted with advising on the Administration of Estates with highnet-
worth Individuals and families in maintaining, maximising and transferring their wealth. He
specialises in comprehensive onshore and offshore estate planning, including the advisory and
formulation of wills for various jurisdictions. He is known for protecting or enforcing clients’
interests according to their industry needs.
As the managing partner, Ngonidzashe is responsible for steering the vision of the firm by leading
business development initiatives and developing and managing client relationships thereby
contributing to the growth and development of the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
LL.B (Hons) University of Zimbabwe.
Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of Zimbabwe.
Registered with the Institute of Estate Administrators of Zimbabwe.
